Most people have a Special idea about eating healthy foods. Everyone will look at healthy spinach foods and cookies are not healthy foods. How about something like pasta? Some people may say that pasta is not a healthy food. Others will say that this is the case, and some say it depends on whether it is whole wheat pasta.

Do Healthy Foods Really Exist ?
Do Healthy Foods Really Exist?

What makes it difficult to determine if healthy foods are there is no indication of what makes food healthy. Is the total amount of calories in the food? What about the grams of sugar or the number of vitamins and nutrients? It is only the opinion of the individual and what he thinks or does not appreciate. Many people who try to lose weight depending on what they think is healthy and eat only this type of food. It is still very possible to eat these "healthy" foods and gain weight, or at least not lose the desired amount. One of the differences between "good for you" and "bad" foods is that healthy foods will help you feel fuller longer. Most people will feel full after eating a plate of green vegetables and lean meats instead of a plate of cakes. In fact, nobody will eat more than cakes all the time. People have problems when they do not eat their favorite foods at all and they always deprive themselves of their favorite foods.

In my opinion, healthy and unhealthy foods do not exist. I feel this because there is no indication of a healthy diet, totally subjective in relation to what an individual thinks. The sooner you have the idea of healthy foods in your head, the better. Then you can eat the foods that you like, like ice cream, for example, and you should not feel guilty. You can also go to the restaurant and have fun with your friends. You will not have to remove the salad from the menu when you really do not want it.

The end result is being responsible for the total amount of calories you consume and everything will be fine. If you eat a cookie, everything is fine as long as you respect the specified amount of calories. You can compensate them if necessary by eating less than anything else or by exercising more.
