 Vertical lifting exercise:
 Extend the feet to the ground, then lift the legs so that they form a ninety-degree angle with the trunk, then return to the normal position, repeat the steps twenty-five times in three cycles, taking a break of ten seconds between each cycle and the other.

*Push up:
 Lying on the abdomen, then lift the body using the muscles of the abdomen and hands, and then steadfast on this position for sixty seconds, and then take a break for twenty seconds, and then repeat these steps three times.





2 - Natural Recipes :


* Cummins:

Boil a cup and a half of the water, then pour over half a tablespoon of cumin, then cut a lemon into two halves, add them to the mixture, and leave them drain for a whole night, then drink in the morning before breakfast half an hour, and advised to repeat this recipe every day and for a week to get On satisfactory results.



* Apple cider vinegar:

Add half a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to a glass of lukewarm water, then eat it before and after food, preferably with this recipe for a period of time to get guaranteed results.


* Mint:
Add a tablespoon of mint to a cup of boiling water, leave it to cool, then eat it once a day, preferably repeat this recipe regularly.

3 - Important Tips :

  • *Avoid eating while watching TV because a person consumes large amounts of food without notice.
  • *Adherence to regular exercise, three times a week, at least half an hour a day.
  • *Stay away from drinking alcohol.
